“House unoccupied for months. Pool motor failed, pool became a swamp. After another pool guy failed to follow through, we hired Citywide. The owners came out on a Friday to assess the situation. Both Saturday and Sunday an employee came to drain the pool. Even though I marked it as non-emergent, they followed through immediately.
